Doggy Teachers

I saw this, and loved it.

If dogs were teachers, you would learn stuff like...

When a loved one comes home, always run to greet them-
Never pass up the opportunity to go for a joyride-
Allow the experience of fresh air and the wind in your face to be pure ecstasy-
When it's in your best interest, practice obedience-
Let others know when they've invaded your territory-
Take naps-
Stretch before rising
Run, romp, and play daily
Thrive on attention and let people touch you-
Avoid biting when a simple growl will do-
On warm days, stop to lie on your back on the grass-
On hot days, drink lots of water and lie under a shady tree-
When you're happy, dance around and wag your entire body
No matter how often you're scolded, don't buy into the guilt thing and pout, run right back and make friends-
Delight in the simple joy of a long walk-
Eat with gusto and enthusiasm-
Stop when you have had enough-
Be loyal-
Never pretend to be something you're not-
When someone is having a bad day, be silent, sit close by and nuzzle them gently-
And finally,
Never trust anyone until you smell their butt.
