Pre-birth Experience

When I'm at my best things just flow. I find the best way to achieve this state is to think "FUCK IT" and throw myself in the deep end. Its like I have become the social natural I always should have been.

The Mind is a prison constructed of positive and negative experiences, it exists on top of an emotional framework that cannot talk the Minds language and vice versa. Becoming truly emotionally honest with yourself, your desires on who you are is the most liberating experience in the universe. Acting on my desires was my issue for a long time. I admitted them verbally and knew they were there and tried to express them, but loosing your mind is essential... Loose all thought; act.

This is where it gets nuts...

There was an eternity before you were born where you existed in a happy pure emotional state. You were free yet bound by warmth, you had no confines and no concept of anything around you but felt loved. Then you were born... Meditation is attempting to get back to this state, our highest self is that state of being. When we become in touch with this self we our not thinking with our conscious minds, but being who we are... emotional, rational and life source

In effect it is letting go of the conscious that all "higher" experiences come from. They are actually the simplest experiences, the most basic, the most fetal. The people who meditate longest, monks, or David Blaine in his box feel a sense of unity with the world, a warmth and a happiness that they forget about in society or in daily life. They touch the sensation of being alive and are happy

We cloud this with our daily existence and cognitive masturbation as people who self analyze. Our daily lives get in the way of the greatest experience we can possibly have, being alive.

We need to simply be
